This consultation is to ask any and all question you may have about reiki and see if reiki with me as your practitioner is a right fit. Reiki works because it's a universal energy that flows through your body and energy field to help regulate your nervous system, realign your chakras, and ultimately help in clearing up any stagnant/blocked energy that may be impacting you. What you might feel in a session: Each person and session is unique! Reiki can create a multitude of feelings in your body. You may feel physical, emotional, or spiritual manifestations of the energy moving through your body. Physically you may feel tingles, warmth, sleepiness, and more. Emotionally you may feel deep emotions come up and may even feel like crying. Your session is a safe space to release that energy. Spiritually, you have may see certain visions, have clearer intuitive thoughts, or see colors. It is also possible you feel nothing at all. That is okay- the reiki energy is still doing its work! Session Details: What you'll receive: a check in at the beginning and end of your session that totals for 10 minutes, a 30-minute virtual reiki session.
